There are no secrets here

A conversation I had with Abby this morning:

Abby: "This is your middle finger. If you stick it up by itself, it means you're saying a bad word"

Amber: "You're right. Let's not do that."

Abby: "Riley did that one time."

Amber: "Did she get in trouble?"

Abby: "Yes. But don't tell Riley I told you. It's a secret."

Amber: "Ok. I won't tell her."

Abby: "But you can tell the people at your work."

After further conversation, it was established that I could also tell Chris and my mom and dad. Apparently, the only person it's a secret from is Riley.

Hmmm, what would Riley do if you told her, I wonder? Older sisters can be like that.

I shouldn't have read this. I am like a sieve.

Good thing, otherwise I would have missed out on this knowledge and I do not feel my Sunday would be as complete.

Kids and their arbitrary rules are funny.
