"Yoo hoo! Sexy American Girlfrieeeeennnnd!"

Remember Joan Cusack in Sixteen Candles? That's basically how I feel, minus the actual neck brace. I'm just going to blame the juice I spilled on my shirt on the fact that the ice shifted in my glass, not because I'm doing the stiff neck drinking thing. Because it did. Stupid ice.

Seriously, just thinking about these scenes is making me laugh really hard, but it hurts when I do. Remember the drinking fountain and how she got water up her nose and then wiped her face off with the skirt of the lady on her shirt? They just do NOT make movies like this anymore.

They really don't. Good luck with your neck/back. Did you see a doctor?

CLASSIC, I tell you, CLASSIC!! I'm just sorry it took an MVA (legalspeak for "car accident") to make you think of that movie!

I hope you feel better soon... by the way, any numbness or tingling into your arms or legs? Is the pain centered in your neck area, or does it radiate?

GEEZ, sorry, there I go again, falling into my "work mode!"

Take care, Amber!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE that movie. I mean, I really just LOVE that movie! lol I'm glad there to know there are others out there who have just as much a nerdy appreciation for it like I do! lol

But yes: the scene in which she wipes the water off with the skirt on her shirt: Priceless.

Amber, I'm sorry you're hurting- did you get any time off of work for the pain? If not, you really should: this sounds pretty bad... you need to rest: And watch sixteen candles over and over again. lol
